With the new year in full swing and summer on the horizon, most of us have set goals to eat healthier and workout. Sticking to this routine can be extremely challenging for most of us because we just can’t find the motivation (especially during the winter months). Despite how we may feel about it, summer bodies are made in the winter and we have to push ourselves to eat clean and exercise. I am the queen of creating an eating and workout plan and not sticking to it, but by putting this out in the open, it will force me to hold myself accountable.
