A- Amino Acid 

The amino acid in Red Bull is Taurine. There is 1000mg of Taurine in a 8.4oz can of Red Bull. Taurine is an amino acid that is already produced in our body and is found naturally in meat, fish and baby food.  It also supports neurological development and helps regulate the level of water and minerals in the blood.

B- B Vitamins

B3, B5, B6 and B12 are all in a can of Red Bull.
