This Is Halloween!

There are so movies that I like to watch when the Halloween season begins. We have so many options with all of the streaming services, redbox, and if you’re feeling really crazy you could also buy DVDs. Below are three of my favorite movies to watch during the Halloween season. The fourth movie is one I just recently watched that has been added to my list of favorite Halloween movies.

There are a few morals you can take away from this movie such as “the grass is always greener on the other side” and “sometimes what you’re looking for has been right in front of you”. Life Lessons from being a Twin

IMG_1260“Do you all look alike?” is usually the first question I get when I tell someone I have a twin. My sister Kelsey and I just so happen to be fraternal twins and we look nothing alike. When we were younger, we used to look a lot alike but as we grew up started looking different. The only thing similar about us is our hair. Being a twin has taught me so much and I don’t think my life would be the same if I wasn’t.

The Future for Louisville Sports

So as I have written in my previous posts the University of Louisville Athletic program has taken some major turn of events the past 4 weeks. Lets start with a time line of events.

  • August 25th- 4th largest apparel agreement is made between Louisville and Adidas. This includes 16 million a year for 10 years totaling 160 million
  • September 24th- Rick Pitino and his team are exactly one week out from starting practice for the 2017-2018 season
  • September 26th- New York, NY. The FBI announces an open investigation on fraud and corruption (Adidas is a key player)
  • September 26th- In term president Greg Postal announces that Louisville is a part of this investigation
  • September 27th- Rick Pitino put on academic leave without pay and Tom Jurich put on academic leave with pay
  • September 29th- Scott Padgett named in term head men’s basketball coach
  • October 1st- First official men’s basketball practice
