ImageLynn’s Paradise Cafe, a staple to Louisville’s Highlands community, has closed its doors to the public for good. It has come as a big surprise to the city and even their current employees that the restaurant would be closing so abruptly. I, as a current (or now former, if you will) employee hadn’t the slightest clue that such actions would be taken. It’s true that the restaurant and owner had been under much scrutiny from the public eye the past two weeks, however such drastic measures had never been anticipated by anyone. As an insider, I’ll share my story, and how I saw things play out in Lynn’s Paradise Cafe’s final days of operation.
